Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
We have several ways for you to get a quote! For a rough idea, please give us a call at 303) 963-9266. If you’d like to go more in-depth, we have a quote submission form on our website that you can get detailed with and also upload the artwork too. You can also email us at info@superiorinkprinting.com!
WHAT FACTORS GO INTO PRICING OUT QUOTES?
The main factors that determine your cost are the number of colors in the artwork, garment quantity per design, and garment selection.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM GARMENT QUANTITY FOR ORDERS?
For screen printing, we require a minimum of 50 pieces per design.
We are able to mix and match the same design on similar style garments (i.e. tees and hoodies, not tees and sweatpants). Different colored garments can also be part of the minimum, and for an additional color change fee we can swap out ink colors on the design (i.e. printing white on black tees, and black on white tees).
Higher minimums or heat transfers may be recommended for designs with high color counts.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE BREAKS?
We do not offer price breaks on garments, but we do offer price breaks on the print and embroidery price. Our order volume price breaks are at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, and 5000+ for printing and 24, 36, 72, 144, 360, 500, and 1000+ for embroidery.
IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE TO PRINT ON DARK GARMENTS?
Yes. Both plastisol and water-based ink have a very low opacity which means they are not vivid when printed on dark garments. In order to allow for bright tones, we need to print a white base which is considered an additional color. This means if you have a 3 color design being printed on any garment color other than white or neutral, it would be considered 4 colors.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
When placing an order, let us know upfront if your completed order will require pickup, shipping, or in-state courier service. Shipping costs will be estimated upon the initial quote and will be based on order volume and destination. If your order requires shipping outside the state of Colorado, it is essential for us to have the shipping address to determine accurate shipping costs. If your order requires shipping within the state of Colorado, we require a zip code be provided so we can determine an accurate City tax rate.
